Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

• Unopened, unused, and unworn

• In its original packaging, with all tags intact

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tryovera.com. Return addresses are not provided automatically once your return request is approved, we’ll share the correct return address and provide a return shipping label with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
