How can I contact Ovéra?

Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are manufactured and shipped from the United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. Once received, your order may still be returned in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders ship the following business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Since we currently only ship within the United States, there are no additional international duties or customs fees applied.
